Description
Purposed to filter pipeline debris to protect downstream equipment, Arita Y-Strainer is often placed before pumps, instrumentation, and compressors. A mesh-lined straining element is responsible for the filtering process, which the size of the mesh should be determined based on the size of the smallest debris to be removed. Straining elements should be periodically removed and clean to avoid debris building up.
